🔒 PRIVACY POLICY (MiyoAI) 1. What we collect: your Telegram ID and name, the photos and videos you upload, texts/descriptions/prompts, your order history and generation data; if you contact support — the phone number you choose to share. 2. Why: to make videos and images, for moderation (safety), support and resolving disputes. 3. Third parties. To make content, requests, photos and videos are sent to AI services (the Google Gemini API and/or other international providers) and processed on their servers. Payments go through payment systems (Payme, Click and others); card details are not stored by MiyoAI. 4. Retention. Finished video files are kept on the server temporarily and deleted (usually within 24–48 hours). Prompts and moderation records may be kept longer for safety and disputes. 5. Your rights. You may ask about your data or request its deletion (except where the law requires us to keep it). Data is given to the competent authorities only upon their lawful official request. 6. Security.
